Goalpost Framework

The Goalpost is a core interactive framework developed by Community of Care to support the formation and growth of Care Circles—small, trust-based groups committed to mutual support and self-awareness. The tool offers clear, relationally grounded guidance for structuring conversations, holding space, and cultivating meaningful connection within local communities. It invites participants to co-create emotionally safe environments rooted in vulnerability, listening, and reciprocity. The framework reflects the Planet Project’s emphasis on relational development, compassion, and cultivating the conditions for personal and collective transformation.
