Second Renaissance

What the Planet Project terms “The Great Transition” bears striking similartes to what this project calls “The Second Renaissance” — a broad movement of cultural evolution arising in response to civilizational crisis and awakening in this time between worlds. The Second Renaissance project aims to provide an accessible entry-point – a gateway – for people to discover and make sense of this emerging moment and field. Initiatives of Second Renaissance include a detailed and highly researched map of the emerging ecosystem of change agents, an online course: Exploring a Second Renaissance Together, a set of wiki pages, and a collective of artists making art to bring forth the second renaissance.
