Inner Development Goals

A central tenet of the Planet Project is that true progress toward wellbeing for all demands a shift in culture. At its root, culture is a manifestation of our collective consciousness. Lack of adequate progress on the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), led the organization to very similar conclusions. In response, they gathered a group of researchers, experts and practitioners in leadership development and sustainability to co-create a corresponding set of Inner Development Goals (IDG). The IDG encompass 23 skills categorized in 5 dimensions. They have gone on to create an IDG toolkit consisting of a set of freely accessible practices and methods.
