Earth Regeneration Alliance

Earth Regeneration Alliance (ERA) is working across multiple layers of the Great Transition to move humanity from an extractive relationship with Earth toward one grounded in regeneration, relationship, and stewardship. What makes ERA distinctive is its effort to embody that worldview in new institutional forms: its 365-year Purpose Trust is designed to hold land, businesses, capital, and other assets in long-term regenerative alignment, directing their benefits toward life rather than short-term extraction. Around this foundation, ERA is cultivating community and place-based initiatives such as watershed regeneration. In Three Horizons terms, ERA is building Horizon 2 bridges toward Horizon 3—experimenting with the governance, ownership, relationships, and local practices through which a life-centered civilization might actually function. Its work strongly reflects the Planet Project’s commitments to sacred regard for life, interconnectedness, stewardship, cooperation, and self-organizing systemic transformation.
