And Now What

And Now What is a transformational initiative that invites individuals, groups, and organizations to consciously face the realities of systemic collapse while cultivating the clarity, courage, and compassion needed to act with coherence and purpose. Rooted in the understanding that existential threats—ecological, social, and cultural—are unfolding in our lifetimes, the project facilitates deep sense‑making, healing, and transformational journeys that help people discern how they want to show up and contribute in times of profound change. Through *Courageous Conversations*, coaching and mentoring, whole systems design, and community facilitation, And Now What supports participants in navigating inner and outer terrain, making meaning out of uncertainty, and strengthening relational and ecological resilience. Its work aligns with the Planet Project’s core values of truth‑seeking, minimizing harm, compassion, sacred regard for all life, and self‑organizing social change grounded in awareness and empathetic action.
